The second training session of Me to NICHEM was arranged on 10th of July, 2023. The topic of the training was “Emotional Regulation” which made employees aware of how one can regulate or deal with one’s emotions. Training was conducted by Ms. Rupali Kharadkar and her associate Ms. Archana Pathak.
