  • Meeting the company’s defined sales revenue and profitability objectives/targets.
  • Identifying new market trends, sales opportunities & business potential and communicating the same to management.
  • Manage channel partners and drive the company’s revenue objectives from channel partners.
  • Meet technical, product & application training needs of channel partners.
  • Facilitating resolving customer/ channel partner complaints regarding sales and service.
  • Representing the company at trade shows, expos, association meetings etc. to promote products.

  • Lead generation – Identifying promising prospects through multiple channels such as social media, networking, and customer referrals
  • Establish connections with prospective customers using means such as but not limited to cold-calling, emailing, meeting
  • Cultivating solid relationships with major customers and channel partners to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue
  • Analysing sales activities to ensure current sales strategies are effective and result-oriented
  • Maintaining accurate records of the total number of sales made, potential and existing customers, evaluating channel partners’ performance
