Function as the support for application development to channel partners and end users thereby impacting conversion of new business (New customers/ new products/ new applications) and growth of existing business
Responsibilities:
Co-ordinating with Manager – R&D for new application development, enhancement of existing applications under the guidance of Head – Business Development.
Conducting application trials at end user with the help of R&D to establish specified product application.
Educating channel partners on policies, technical training (Application training) on products and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business.
Collecting data for market intelligence study to know current trends, new technologies/ products in pipeline, potential threat identification and mitigation plan.
Facilitating resolving customer complaints regarding sales and service.
Representing company at trade association meetings to promote products.
Carry out R&D works, making formulations, stability & performance tests, sample preparations for Water purification related products.
Calibration of instruments, maintain data for calibration done.
Process development, Method development, method validation for the testing of water related products.
Coordinating with external labs for testing.
Carry out the life testing and generating the test data for the products.
Water analysis.
