Conduct product and application trials on processing machines such as Extruder, Blown Film, and Injection Moulding machines for New Product Development.
Prepare detailed testing and trial reports for additives and polymer products.
Support in data analysis based on observations.
Conduct performance testing for commercial and development samples under the supervision of reporting head.
Maintain proper inventory of raw materials, additives, and trial samples.
Plan material requirements based on ongoing projects and trials.
Maintaining and calibrating laboratory and processing machines properly.
Follow safety and quality procedures during machine operation and testing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Conducting trials for polymer processing and plastic additives with a good knowledge of extrusion, blown film, and injection moulding processing operations.
Ability to plan and execute trials under the guidance of reporting head.
Basic troubleshooting knowledge of laboratory and processing equipment.
Good observation, reporting, and communication skills.
