Out of 1.5 million submissions from around the world, only 226 candidates made it through a rigorous three-stage evaluation by an expert jury. Making it to that final list says a lot about the depth and reach of Prof. Malshe’s work.
Over the years, Prof. Malshe has moved fluidly between academia, industry, and research always looking for ways to turn ideas into practical, technology-driven solutions, with sustainability as a constant thread running through his work.
But his impact has not been limited to technology alone. He’s also spent considerable time supporting India’s MSME sector, helping smaller businesses innovate, adopt more sustainable practices, and grow. For Prof. Malshe, technology has never just been about progress for its own sake; it’s been a way to create opportunity and lift others along the way.
