Role:
Support execution of product development/ enhancement cycle to provide better effectiveness, efficiency. Provide technical support to marketing for claim substantiation, resolve manufacturing issues/ customer complaints based on directive from Head – R&D
Skills required:
- Good understanding of basics of Organic and In organic Chemistry.
- Should be familiar with Synthesis of Organic chemicals and separation of Inorganic elements.
- Should have hands on experience on carrying out lab experiments with good analytical understanding, should be able to interpret results of analytical experiments like GC, GC-MS, IR & UV Spectra.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out R&D works, stability & performance tests, sample preparations.
- Calibration of instruments, maintain data for calibration done.
- Coordinating with external labs for testing.
- Regular documentation of the R&D work done.
