Empathetic

Being Empathetic means to be able to put yourself in the others’ shoes and understand their feelings to support them to overcome the challenges. As an empathetic person, you can connect with your peers, colleagues, customers and others. Empathy helps us to strengthen working relations and enhance customer service. Being connected to others is good for our mental well-being!

On the ball

Being On-the-ball means to be alert, attentive and competent in any situation. As a person with on-the-ball attitude, you need to be quick and responsive towards the work. On-the-ball behaviour helps you to improve your reaction time, increase your productivity and enhance your decision-making skills.

Collaborative

Being Collaborative means helping others to achieve a shared goal. To be collaborative, focused efforts and leadership are important components that navigate the team in the correct direction. Collaboration also requires you to be open-minded, trustworthy and an active listener. In simple words, Cooperation with Coordination is Collaboration!

Accountable

Being Accountable means taking complete ownership of a task/ activity/assignment from its planning, and execution till completion and its outcome. You are answerable at every stage of that task. Even if you delegate the work to your team, getting it done is your responsibility. An accountable person does not give excuses and tries to meet deadlines, no matter what!

Proactive

Being Proactive means anticipating the problems before they occur and actively seek solutions. As a proactive person, you should make things happen rather than waiting for things to happen at their pace. A proactive person is one who thinks ahead of time!

Perseverant

Being Perseverant means striving to complete the assigned work without giving up in spite of the challenges. As a perseverant person, you should be able to learn from your failures and rather than being embarrassed or put off by failures, see it as a learning opportunity to move ahead! Perseverance needs determination and total focus on the goal!

Innovative

Being Innovative means to think differently to improve routine tasks, products, services or actions. As an innovative person, you should be able to bring a positive improvement in existing idea, process or service. To be innovative, you should have courage, behavioural skills like observing, questioning, experimenting and networking along with the mental ability to propose the change. Innovation requires a change-ready mindset!

Our DEI journey is ongoing, and we’re proud to lead by example—proving that commitment to inclusion isn’t about size, it’s about values.

More than 40% of our workforce is made by women. Women continue to hold key positions in our organisation. 4 out of 8 HODs are women. The Management also has strong women representation. This only means that we have got very good women to do the job and they were selected because they were good at it and deserve to be where they are!

In addition to the upskilling of employees, we also have a WOMEN DEVELOPMENT CELL formed for the empowerment of our women employees. Different programs are organized on various aspects of the life of women like seminars on health and nutrition, financial independence etc.
