Thane, India | March 4, 2025 | As part of its National Safety Week Day 3 celebrations, NICHEM conducted an informative and hands-on Fire Safety & Emergency Response training session to improve workplace safety awareness and emergency preparedness among employees.

The session was taken by Mr. Sunil Madage, Deputy Controller, Area 3, who shared practical knowledge on fire prevention, emergency response, and life-saving techniques. The interactive program equipped participants with the necessary skills to minimize risks and ensure a safe response during emergencies.

During the session, employees learned how to properly tie bandages for basic injury management, understand the different classes of fire, identify the appropriate types of fire extinguishers, and apply the correct techniques to extinguish fires safely.
